Compression bands are a critical part of improving joint mobility and neuro-muscular mechanics. Regain and enhance full range of motion movement by restoring and activating live muscle tissue by inducing rapid blood flow to target areas. Our floss bands also reduce inflamation by compressing swelling out of joints. These have become widely popular at select CrossFit boxes and by power athletes around the world.

These Rubberbanditz floss compression bands are available in four sizes:
Black 7 ft x 2" x 0.051"
Red 7 ft x 2" x 0.06"
Black 10 ft x 3" x 0.05"
Black 10 ft x 3.5" x 0.05"
All Rubberbanditz compression bands are made of premium latex that can stretch up to 2x its original length.
Which size should you choose? The 7' x 2" works for most athletes. Those looking for more compression should choose the thicker (red color) band.
The 10' x 3" and 10' x 3.5" sizes were designed specifically to wrap larger athletes with thicker joints, ultimately improving compression and blood circulation. The larger the athlete, the larger the band. If the standard size is not quite big enough then this is your answer.
Using the 'tack and floss' method with our compression bands helps improve muscle range of motion, restore joint mobility, and reduce soreness after workouts by increasing blood flow and warm focused areas. These are commonly used on ankles, knees, elbows, and shoulders.
Floss bands can be used during warm-up, while performing your workout, or after for recovery. If new to floss bands, watch YouTube videos to learn proper mobilization techniques.
CARE AND CLEANING:
Like all elastic bands, there is an expected lifetime of these bands, which varies widely depending on the extensiveness of use. Store them out of direct sunlight and wash with warm soapy water if needed. Most importantly, make sure people see you wearing these so they know you are the real deal : )
